Product Description

As the idler supports part of the weight of the machine, an optimal tension of the chain track, which reduce ground pressure as well as prevent track misalignment, will allow the idler to improve its primary function of machine guidance.

A support arm, passing through the middle of the idler, helps to support the track links and allows synchronized guidance of the two chain tracks. A minimum distance between the idlers and the track rollers will ensure better steering of the crawlers.

A thorough study of the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) original drawing representing the idler required performances, will allow us to manufacture all the different types of idlers available on the market. The best solution will be applied to our production line after rigorous analysis of the drawings.
